Terms and Conditions

•Reservations shall be on a first-come first-served basis. Villa Salud Catering services may refuse reservations made less than 5 days before the scheduled party date.

RESERVATION FEE:
1. Upon booking Php 3,000.00 initial deposit on Rental of Venue and Php 10,000.00 on Catering Services.
Non-refundable, Non-consumable, Non-transferable, on any amount paid/deposited. 50% partial payment
one month before function and full payment one week before function.
2. Changes on date of scheduled party should be made one month before the confirmed date but depends upon the availability of date.
3. Balance payable one week before the function.
4. Damages made on facilities and other equipment will be charged to customer and will be based on present market value.
5. Decorations and arrangement are not included on Rental of Venue only.
6. Outside Catering Fee ( for events held in other venue & function hall).
Php 50.00/floor/waiter/waitress if the function hall is held in a building 3rd floor & above.
